    When a release opens, review the price, benefits, availability, and full terms. Choose whether to request a place; membership becomes active only after enrollment and payment are confirmed.

  3. Arrange your visit

    Once active, confirm your included care and arrange your ritual with the team. Each appointment still needs its own confirmation.

  • The monthly price, membership length, and any founding-rate protection.
  • The included ritual, duration, café benefit, and any upgrade allowance or extra charges.
  • Booking requirements, missed-visit rules, and unused-benefit rollover or expiry.
  • Pause availability, cancellation notice, and what happens at the end of the term—including whether renewal requires a new agreement.
  • Transfer restrictions and whether rewards or promotions can be combined with included care.

What is the Founding Escape?

The Founding Escape is the membership Still Waters is preparing for guests who want a regular head-spa ritual. The published offer will explain the included care, any café benefit or upgrade allowance, monthly price, and full agreement before you enroll.

Does joining the interest list create a membership account?

No. The list is for membership updates only. A paid membership will have its own agreement, price and inclusions. The guest portal and rewards program are not open yet.

Does joining early access reserve a membership?

No. The interest list lets you request membership updates. It does not reserve a place, confirm an appointment, take a payment, or start a membership. Availability will be confirmed when the published release opens.

Does membership automatically book my monthly visit?

No. Membership and appointment booking are separate. You still need to arrange and receive confirmation for each visit. An included ritual is not a reserved appointment time.

Can I choose a longer ritual or add finishing services?

Check the published plan for the included ritual and any upgrade allowance. A longer experience or styling and finishing may have a separate charge; the team will confirm the difference before you choose. Membership does not mean every service is included.

What if I miss a month, want to pause, or need to cancel?

These rules belong to your specific agreement. Before enrollment, review its membership length, rollover and expiry rules, pause availability, cancellation notice, and end-of-term treatment. Do not assume unused visits roll over or a pause is available unless the published terms say so.

Will membership include rewards?

Future rewards, member-only offers and special experiences are being considered. Rewards have not launched. Confirmed benefits and eligibility will be explained in the published membership terms.
