Only what care requires

The Circle uses your contact information to verify access, and records visits, points, rewards, and preferences to support your relationship with Still Waters. Marketing preferences are optional and separate from essential account notices.

Wellness and workplace privacy

A guest wellness check-in is optional service context, not a diagnosis. You choose whether to share it with authorized service staff. Team mood responses remain private to the employee; managers receive only protected group summaries when the minimum group size is met. Explicit support requests go to authorized management.

Your choices

Newsletter signup stores your email, optional name, consent wording and timestamp, and subscription status separately from early access or membership interest. Authorized studio management can review and export these records or record an unsubscribe. Confirmed newsletter editions are delivered through Resend. To withdraw newsletter consent, use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact contact@stillwatersheadspanj.com. An unsubscribe record is retained to prevent accidental re-addition.

Change communication preferences in Settings. Request an account export or deletion from your signed-in profile. Identity must be verified, and records required for accounting or legal obligations may be retained under an approved policy. Offline storage of personal account data is not enabled.

Cookies and similar storage

The public website uses necessary preference storage to remember whether you allowed optional measurement and whether you dismissed the early-access invitation. If you allow optional measurement, a temporary browser session identifier and limited campaign context may be used to understand anonymous site activity. Declining does not affect booking, early access, or your Circle. You can revisit your choice from Cookie choices in the public website footer.

Before launch

The owner must approve the legal entity, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, third-party disclosures, and applicable rights. The deployment checklist requires this review before live activation.
